I don't want to plagiarize so I'll be putting these dares into my own words. This week we are to demonstrate patience by saying nothing negative to your spouse (or friend, parent, sibling, etc) AT ALL. Words often reflect the condition of our heart. If you are tempted to say something negative, choose to say nothing at all.
